updates....

hi everyone....

here comes my 2nd update.
since our last meeting where we have decided to go for legal suit against nilai idaman, i was called by kpkt for a meeting with them and also the developer.

ausin will now complete d project and have come out with a project schedule. kpkt would like to consider their request. ausin guaranteed that he will complete the project by september. otherwise, he needs to hand over or contra off the vacant units, about 24 units to kpkt.

every week, ausin will be having mtg with kpkt and update on the progress. now kpkt is having a close monitoring on this project. n they will update me on weekly basis.


today, kpkt juz inform me that they will be having a site visit sometime next week. ausin is now responsible in settling all d contributions due to various parties. only then i think they will start work at d site.

Ermm...where should i begin...

I guess from the start is always a good thing. Ok, let me start with this....The purpose of establishing this blog is to get everybody, I mean the Danau Sutera apt buyers specifically, to be updated on the progression of OUR house...ya? Some of you may not know me...but happen to get my hp no from some of our friends. Let me juz have a short intro on myself. My name is Zeta. I'm one of the Danau Sutera Apt buyers (who is still fighting to get my house :-) )...just like you guys...I'm not a govt servant working with Jab Perumahan Negara (some did ask) nor from the Lawyer's office. I'm currently attached to a reinsurance company. 

I'm here...just as a representative from the buyers....as a reference point or middle person for various parties. I attended meetings with JPN, developer and recently the MPS (Majlis Perbandaran Selayang).

Yes, I understand your concern. This is where i created this blog for you to be in the loop. In a way, we are also creating a circle of friends where we can exchange info and views. I hope this is not restricted to Danau Sutera matters only...:-). I hope this channel could reach as many buyers as possible...becoz..."bersatu kita teguh, bercerai kita roboh...(bukan kahwin lain...yer? hahaha).

I'm sorry...i know some of you did call, sms and email me...asking the status of the project. There are times where I'm not in the position to reply...lepas tu terus lupaaa....age is catching up maaa....so, i hope this site is of assistance. I will update this blog as and when there is any progress.
